Where can I buy or order MAX HAURI AG products?

Private individuals can buy our products from electricians or at selected specialist and online retailers. Electricians can buy our products from VES wholesalers only. We supply industrial and OEM customers directly.


Is there a return period?

For end users the return period is based on the terms and conditions of the responsible sales organisations. For direct supplies defects must be reported within 8 days after receiving the goods, concealed defects must be reported within 5 days after having been identified. How high are the shipping costs?

We charge shipping costs on the basis of the effective costs. We deliver CPT (Incoterms 2010) in the event of sealed goods receipt with a minimum value of CHF 1'000. See the general terms and conditions for more details.


How long is the delivery period?

As a rule, we supply standard products from the Bischofszell warehouse. Special products and/or larger quantities are subject to different delivery periods. These will be indicated in the offer or order confirmation. The indicated delivery periods are always based on deliveries from the Bischofszell warehouse.


Do you enforce a minimum order value policy?

Max Hauri AG does not enforce a minimum order value policy. We charge a minimum quantity surcharge of CHF 20 for orders with an invoice value below CHF 50. See our general terms and conditions for more details.

Basically you have a 2 year warranty from the date of purchase. Certain products also have 5 years.

Max Hauri AG sells products at prices that are updated on a daily basis. We do not issue price lists for product groups or ranges.
