modino and MAX HAURI LUCE in the ‘Bruggmühle Bischofszell’ development
Modern rental apartments built in 2022/2023 are available on the Bruggmühle site in Bischofszell. The three block of flats offer sixteen 2.5-room, twelve 3.5-room and fourteen 4.5-room apartments. In addition to the rental apartments, attractive office space has been integrated into the development. The development also has 49 underground parking spaces, some of which are equipped with charging stations for electric cars.
MAX HAURI supplied the switches and connectors for the Bruggmühle development. modino exo switches and connectors with IP55 protection are used in outdoor areas. The modino priamos installation programme was installed in buildings. The picture shows a 3x3 modino priamos combination. In addition to the installation programmes, MAX HAURI supplied energy-saving LUCE LED recessed lights for individual living areas.
