Return Form

In the event of a return, please fill in this electronic form and click “Send”. You will then receive an acknowledgement of receipt by email.

Your request will then be reviewed by our sales team. Within the next 3 working days, you will receive an email with our customer return number. Attached to our email is a return document (PDF) which we ask you to print out and enclose with the goods to be returned. This will ensure that your return is processed smoothly.

For legal reasons, we can only process products from returns that were purchased directly from us. Please contact the relevant sales outlet.
