Return Form

For returns, please complete this electronic form and click on "Submit". Your case will then be processed by our sales team. Within the next 3 working days, you will receive an email with our customer return number. Attached to our email is a return document (PDF) which we ask you to print out and enclose with the goods to be returned. This will ensure that your return is processed smoothly.

For legal reasons, we can only process products from returns that were purchased directly from us. Please contact the relevant sales outlet.
